Best stores for vintage clothing with the wow factor – £50-£100
Madam Popoff vintage: A recent find, Madam Popoff really has an amazing eye for vintage fashion and her garments vary in eras from 20s-90s. Available to buy online via Asos Marketplace and Esty as well as her rather fabulous store in Margate, Kent. Clothing from £50- however there are a few bargains to be had here. Follow via twitter

Best stores for vintage fashion for special occasions – from £100
Roco Vintage: A store for window shopping magpies. Some of the most fabulous clothes from all eras. An American company selling via Etsy storefront, dresses start from £100-£300 (you can also find a few gems for under £100). These are one of a kind exquisite clothes. Best stores for ‘modern’ vintage fashion- Prices from £10 for accessories
Mod Cloth: An American based online retailer specialising in Retro, indie, and vintage-inspired fashion. Their garments are beautiful, and we’ve always had a fantastic experience shopping with them. Visit their store front now for fabulous fashion.
Rokit: True Vintage clothing, established in the 80s, this store is a treasure trove for any vintagista. Original vintage items as well as up-cycled vintage and styles ranging from the 1940s to 1990′s they seem to have all the bases covered. You do have to hunt for it, but there are gems to be found, visit their online store now, or pop in their London stores (located in Camden, Convent Garden and Brick Lane).
Pin Up Girl Clothing: Another fabulous American based online retailer dedicated to vintage reproductions with a twist. Classic vintage style coupled with Rockabilly and Psychobilly clothing – If you love her style, Micheline Pitt’s label Deadly Dames sells via Pin Up Girl Clothing too! Visit their amazing site and you won’t be disappointed, we found the quality and finish was fab.
Vivien of Holloway: A fantastic UK retro fashion boutique specialising in reproduction vintage garments using patterns from 1940′s and 1950s. Based in London, they also have an online store we can say from personal experience the dresses are exquisitely made. Follow on facebook
